I offer three ways to engage depending on what you need right now — from a focused one-day diagnostic to a long-term partnership where I’m embedded alongside your team. Rice Revenue Consulting engagements are structured around your stage and goals. Most clients engage on a monthly retainer basis, with project-based options available for defined initiatives. Retainers are scoped based on your team size, revenue stage, and the depth of involvement required. Schedule a conversation and we will build a structure that fits.

Tier 1 — Revenue Diagnostic
A focused one-day audit of your sales system.
Sometimes you just need an honest outside look. The Revenue Diagnostic is a structured one-day engagement — remote or on-site — where I dig into your current sales process, pipeline, and messaging to identify exactly what’s holding revenue back.
You’ll walk away with a clear written report and a 30-minute debrief that tells you precisely what to fix — whether you fix it with me or on your own.

→ Deep-dive review of your sales process, pipeline, and messaging
→ 1:1 diagnostic interview with you (and your team if applicable)
→ Identification of the top 3 revenue leaks costing you deals right now

One day · Remote or on-site · Flat project fee of $2000.
The Revenue Diagnostic is a flat-fee engagement. For clients within the greater Indianapolis region, travel is included.
For engagements requiring air travel, lodging, or extended ground transportation, travel and accommodations are billed at cost with no markup.
All travel logistics are confirmed in advance so there are no surprises.
Tier 2 — Sales Foundation Sprint
One week on-site. A complete foundation built from scratch.
The Sales Foundation Sprint is a full week on-site at your location — embedded in your business, working directly alongside you and your team.
By the end of the week, you’ll have a complete sales foundation: a process your team can follow, a pipeline framework that reflects how your buyers actually buy, and the messaging and playbook your first real sales hire needs to hit the ground running.
This isn’t a presentation of recommendations. It’s the work, done.

Ongoing partnership. Embedded until the engine runs without me. Also, when we decide together that it is complete you are ready to bring on your first full time sales executive.
This is the engagement for founders who are done treating sales like a problem to solve someday. You’re ready to build the real thing — a repeatable revenue engine with the process, team, and metrics to sustain growth without everything running through you.
As your fractional sales leader, I work alongside you every month — leading strategy, coaching the team, refining the process, and building toward the moment you don’t need me anymore. That’s not a sales pitch. It’s the actual goal.

→ Dedicated monthly hours with direct access to Mark
→ Fractional sales leadership across strategy, execution, and team development
→ Ongoing pipeline reviews and deal-by-deal coaching
→ Sales team hiring support — profile, interview process, and onboarding framework

→ Slack or email access for real-time questions between sessions
